-I have a King Charles. He's very quiet. I hope you're not allergic to dogs.

-smoke only on the balcony. Unfortunately, smoking is not allowed inside the house.

-Only LGBTQ+ friendly people.

-Don't think of it as just renting a room. You can use the entire 120 m2 house. You have your own private room. Quite a big living room and kitchen.

-Detailed house cleaning 2 days a month. The common living area must be very tidy. I am sensitive about this and I am only looking for a tidy flatmate

-It is not possible to walk around the house with shoes not hygenic lol
