This lovely Berlin home is available for 6 months - possibility to extend long term. Anmeldung (registration) is possible.
Bright, cozy apartment near Görlitzer Park - Treptower Park. Wooden floors, big windows and high ceilings. The area is very alive and the apartment is quiet.
Accommodates 2-3 people. For sleeping there are two bedrooms with double beds each. The third room is a spacious living-room that can be turned into a bedroom, having a 3 bedroom apartment. For that, you would need to bring in a bed yourself. I usually am there on my own so I keep it as a living space when Im there.
The neighbours are lovely and some have kids, so parties / loud music are not welcome. Calm, mature, responsible humans are invited to inhabit it!
Some plants will cohabitate with you and it would be great if you can care for them during your stay.
Its a vibrant neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants and cafés around. As well as Maybachufer Kanal, my favourite area. Great for walks. Full of young families, international community, artists..
