Schöne helle Wohnung in Kreuzberg nahe Landwehrkanal

Die Maisonette-Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen (4. und 5. Etage) und ist durch die Lage ganz oben sowie durch einen Balkon in der 4. Etage sowie eine Dachterrasse in der 5. Etage sehr hell. Die beiden Stockwerke sind über eine Treppe innerhalb der Wohnung miteinander verbunden.

Unten befindet sich eine Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler und ein damit verbundenes Wohnzimmer. Daneben ist in dieser Etage ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein kleiner Flur mit Stauraum. Oben sind drei Schlafräume, wobei wir in einem der kleinen Zimmer unsere privaten Dinge lagern möchten und damit nur 3 Zimmer inklusive Wohnzimmer zur Vermietung anbieten. Ein kleines Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche befindet sich zusätzlich im Dachgeschoss.

Insgesamt gibt es 2 Betten, eins mit 200 x 200 cm, eins mit 100 x 200 cm, zwei Schlafmatratzen mit 90 x 200 cm sowie ein Schlafsofa mit 140 x 200 cm.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine kleine Familie mit Kindern, funktioniert aber auch für ein Paar oder eine WG.

Es befinden sich private Gegenstände in der Wohnung, was die Wohnung sehr gemütlich macht. Wir möchten daher nur an Menschen vermieten, die respektvoll mit der Wohnung, den Gegenständen und den Möbeln umgehen. Alle Bücher dürfen gelesen werden:-)

Das Haus ist ein funktionaler 60er-Jahre-Bau, das Dachgeschosse wurde erst später ausgebaut.

The maisonette flat extends over two floors (4th and 5th floor) and is very bright due to its location at the top and a balcony on the 4th floor as well as a roof terrace on the 5th floor. The two floors are connected by a staircase within the flat.

Downstairs there is an eat-in kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and an adjoining living room. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and a small hallway with storage space on this floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms, whereby we would like to store our private things in one of the small rooms and therefore only offer 3 rooms including the living room for rent. There is also a small bathroom with WC and shower on the top floor.

In total there are 2 beds, one with 200 x 200 cm, one with 100 x 200 cm, two sleeping mattresses with 90 x 200 cm and a sofa bed with 140 x 200 cm.

The flat is ideal for a small family with children, but also works for a couple or a flat share.

There are private items in the flat, which makes it very cosy. We therefore only want to rent to people who treat the flat, the objects and the furniture with respect. All books may be read:-)

The house is a functional 60's building, the attic was added later.
