One room flat with balcony in Kreuzberg

We are excited to offer two rooms in our flat for rent, as we will be temporarily leaving Berlin for 2-3 months. During your stay, you’ll enjoy the privacy and comfort of living alone, with the exception of our two other rooms, which will remain closed to store our personal belongings.

Nestled in a tranquil street at the heart of the city, the apartment is situated in the charming district of Kreuzberg. You’ll find yourself just 100 meters away from the serene Gleisdreieck Park, with the picturesque Victoria Park also a mere 10-minute walk away. Additionally, the iconic Bergmannkiez neighborhood, renowned for its vibrant array of restaurants and shops, is conveniently located within a 10-minute walking distance.

Your room features a sunny balcony, offering a cozy spot to enjoy the occasional sunny winter days in Berlin. The room comes semi-furnished, as seen in the photos, but we’re happy to provide additional furnishings if needed (you can see the bed on the photos but it will be provided).
