The Apartment
In this original factory/loft in one of the most interesting part in Berlin-Kreuzberg you can enjoy the urban feeling of the old so-called „Berliner Werkstätten“. The elements of the old factory are perfectly combined with original design interior. The factory offers the charm and comfort for up to 6 persons for their stay in Berlin.
The loft is seperated in a huge main part which has 2 bedroom with a king size bed and the other with a double futon bed. In the living room you can
enjoy a huge couch, a flat screen TV and a HIFI system. The fully equipped kitchen has a dish washer at your services. In the bathroom you find a unique seventies bathtub and a mediterranean shower room.
The other part of the factory is a cosy studio with an open kitchen and a seperate bathroom with bathtub. There is a double bed and a flat screen TV.
Both parts of the factory can be used as a unity.
In the whole apartment there is W-Lan.

Location
The apartment is located in Kreuzberg 36, which stands for an alternative, multicultural and artistic area. In front of the door you find a lot of good restaurants, bars, galleries, vinyl shops, boutiques, vintage shops. etc. Some of the best known clubs and restaurants are at your doorsteps (including some favorite Berlin spots such as Club der Visionäre, Arena Club, Bar 25, Berghain…), Paul-Lincke-Ufer is surrounded by the beautiful canal on which side there is the colourful turkish market with fresh vegetable, fruits and other nice delicatessen. The vibrant area is known for its wide range of creative spots combined with traditional turkish living.
Subway stations Schönleinstrasse (U8) Kottbusser Tor (U1 and U8) and Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1) are within 5 min. walk. Alexanderplatz and Potzdamer Platz can be reached by subway within 10 minutes.
