The sunny apartement is located in a typical old house of the beginning of the last century in Kreuzkölln, only 3 minutes walk from the Landwehrkanal.

North Neukölln (called also Kreuzkölln, because very near to Kreuzberg) is a very central and upcoming part of Berlin, maybe the hippest and most lively neighborhood in town! Restaurants, cafes, galleries and small shops and artists' studios create a day and nightlife atmosphere with a typical mixture of people from all over the world.

The 145 sqm loft is located on the fourth and fifth and last floor (without elevator, which is typical for this kind of architecture). It is newly renewed and completely furnished. It has wooden floors, 1 bedroom (there is also another room, but closed), 2 bathrooms and the big loft-living room with terrace with kitchenette.

It is free from the beginning of November till the end of December(for two months).
Free wireless internet connection is available. A cordless phone can be used free of charge for phone calls within Europe (except mobile phone calls).
