Dear All,
I will be renting out my spacious and sunny top floor apartment,which is located in the heart of the Kreuzberg SO36 district.
The flat itself is 78m2, is fully furnished, has two 2p beds (one in the sleeping room, one in the living room), a roof terrace on the south side which is perfectly suited for early (or late) morning breakfast, a double kitchen, and plenty of space, and some lovely origami on the ceiling, and tons of sunlight. In general I would say a nice place to live :)
Regarding the location; the flat is located 1 min walk away from the Gorlitzer Bahnhof station (metro line u1, west-east bound, with easy access to both friedrichshain and the famous shopping street Kürfurstendamm), and is simply in the heart of the Kreuzberg district, with tons of nice, good, best bars, clubs and restaurants around, and I am more than happy to provide you some tips regarding good food and good bars :)
In addition the metro station Kotbusser Tor with u8 line is only 5 min walk away, and provides an excellent north-south connection, and brings one to the famous alexanderplatz in 5 minutes.
Smoking is allowed, but only on the balcony, so feel free to smoke away there, but please not in the house itself. Internet is included as well.
