I am ending my lease at the end of the month to move back to the US and am looking for someone who would want to take over the apartment (keeping some my improvements - i.e. wall paint, shower rod, kitchen cabinets, etc.) and/or buy some of my household appliances and furniture at a nice discount. Most items were bought new just over a year ago.

Overall, the entire situation would be perfect for a person or couple that's new to Berlin. Everything is already installed and ready to use.
