schöne, helle 2-zimmerwohnung in Kreuzberg

I am subletting my beautiful, renovated bright 2-room apartment close to Hermannplatz in Kreuzberg for 6 months as I am leaving for Asia from end of December to end of june.
It is located on the 3rd floor with the windows of both rooms facing south, overlooking the Park Hasenheide.
Both rooms have wooden floor, high “stuckoed” ceilings and a lot of light and are accessible from the hall but are also connected with a beautiful old swingdoor.
The bathroom has a bathtub and window and the kitchen is big enough to fit table and chairs to have nice dinners or a cozy cup of coffee in the morning, letting the thoughts drift to the huge chestnuttree in front of the window.
The entire apartement is 70 sqm and equipped with everything you need to feel at home.
The bedroom has a wooden closet and a big doublebed with warm, cozy duvets.
The livingroom with lots of plants (that can be moved though if you don’t want to take care with watering), a comfy couch, chairs and a little table.
There is pretty much any tool you might need for cooking and baking (from ricecooker to breadmakingmashine) with loooots of herbs and spices you are welcome to use (as I am gone for so long). Washingmashine, iron, hairdryer etc. are there of course too.
..and of course wifi 

The location is super, as very close to the subway U7 and U8 and other busstations. Supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, copyshop, farmacy….anything you need is right around the corner and the nice Weserstraße with lots of nice cafés and bars only a 5 minute walk away. 15 minute walk to the Landwehrkanal, where you can have beautiful walks or visit the producemarket on Tuesdays and Fridays and artistsmarket on Saturday.
The park opposite the house is a great place to leave the citybuzz, go for walks or running and if you pass trhough, you will reach the Tempelhoer Feld, the old, shut down airport that now is an enormous wide, open space for the public to enjoy and relax.

The rent including everything is 870 euros.
I am gone for the first 6 months of 2015 but its possible to already move in on the 22nd of December, so christmas and newyears can already be enjoyed here 
