Arty, nice and quiet renewed 2-rooms apartment near the canal!

Hi there ! :)

I am subrenting my new apartment in Kreuzberg. 2min walking of the Ubahn-station U1 Prinzenstrasse. It is a 50 m2 single-apratment with two rooms, but connected between them.
I am artist and i use it as a home and studio, but it is very clean and good care. It is wonderful because it its totally exterior, each room has windows, so light the whole day long. And blinds in each single room, if you like to sleep in total darkness.

The apartment is as said: a kitchen, a bathroom (witouth bath, but with a big shower, like an small sauna, a principal room (or living room, that i use as main bedroom too, with a supercomfortable big sofa-bed for 2 persons, a small room with two good mattress -connected with the main room-; and an entrance.
In the pictures there´s no eating-table or the small room furnitured, because i need rto keep space for proffesional reasons, but i have all in my basement and more and i will provide you with all the needed furniture.
There´s no balcony but it is a "Hochparterre", like 1 meter over the street-surface, and really close to the canal.
In the night you can see the moon and the lights of the train-station, really beautiful.
Also (sorry i have no pics right now) i have different lights/lamps in the main room (UV-blue, warm light lamp, another yellowing lamp and light-house lamps for candles) to create a nice atmosphere.


I am looking for someone -either single or a couple or friends or a family, doesnt matter if tourist or berliners- interested in enjoy the summer in Berlin and occupy my home, with care and love. Just not party people, etc. Even if there´s very close of all the party area, and that´s great, the apartment is super quiet with families living there and so.
