Tausche schöne, günstige Altbauwhg im Gräfekiez - only swap

I'm looking to swap my beautiful one-room apartment for something bigger.

The apartment is a 43m² Altbauwohnung on Fichtestraße, a lovely little street in Gräfekiez that runs between the canal and Hasenheide. It faces southeast and looks out upon a tranquil Hinterhof. The apartment is extremely quiet. Virtually the only sound to be heard is the birdsong in the background.

The apartment has a spacious bedroom and a large kitchen. All the rooms except for the bathroom have wooden floors. The apartment comes with a cellar, an attic-like storage space, and a large tiled stove in the bedroom that still functions.

The rent is 318 euros (including basic utilities), plus around 25 euros on average for additional gas heating. The building belongs to a private landlord who tries to keep rents low out of consideration for tenants, hence the apartment's exceptional affordability.

I've spent 5 happy years in the flat, but now my partner and I want to move in together. We're looking for an apartment with at least three rooms that doesn't cost much more than 900 euros (including utilities). The flat should be well-lit and quiet, and would ideally be located in Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Treptow or Mitte.

Meine 43 m² große Altbauwohnung liegt in der Fichtestr., einer schönen kleinen Straße zwischen Kanal und Hasenheide. Die Wohnung geht nach Südosten auf einen sehr ruhigen Hinterhof raus, man hört eigentlich nur die Vögel.
Es gibt ein großes Zimmer und eine große Küche, bis auf das Bad haben alle Räume Dielen. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch noch ein Keller, ein Hängeboden und ein alter Kachelofen, den man theoretisch auch noch benutzen kann, wenn man Ofenwärme mag.
Ich zahle 318 Euro warm im Monat, hinzu kommen im Monat noch ca 25 Euro für die Gasheizung. Das Haus gehört einem sehr sozialen privaten Vermieter, deswegen gibt es hier noch die letzten erschwinglichen Mieten in der Straße.

Ich war hier fünf Jahre sehr glücklich, will jetzt aber mit meinem Freund zusammenziehen.
Wir suchen mindestens drei Zimmer bis ca 900 warm, relativ hell, relativ ruhig und am liebsten in Keuzberg, Neukölln, Treptow oder Mitte.
