Two-room apartment for rent at the wonderful Bergmannkiez

ich vermiete meine Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung für ein Jahr oder länger, da ich ab dem 20. August beruflich ins Ausland gehe.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Bergmannkiez direkt am Chamissoplatz. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man schaut von der Küche und dem Vorderzimmer direkt ins Grüne. Das Hinterzimmer blickt zum Innenhof.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sonnig. Sie ist einfach eingerichtet, aber man findet alles, was man braucht. Da die Wohnung bisher immer als 2er-WG genutzt wurde, hat sie den WG-Charakter aufrecht erhalten: In jedem Zimmer befinden sich ein Bett und ein Kleiderschrank, ein richtiges Wohnzimmer gibt es in dem Sinne aber nicht. Eine kleine Couch und ein Sessel sind aber vorhanden.

Für Bio-Liebhaber vielleicht auch interessant: Samstags findet vor der Haustür ein kleiner Bio-Markt statt. Und zum Flanieren ist die berühmte Bergmannstrasse gleich um die Ecke.

Dear all,

I am subletting my apartment for one year (or maybe even more) located in a wonderful neighborhood where the famous Bergmannstrasse is located.

The apartment is furnished (even if maybe some things are missing). Since initially a friend of mine and me were living here tohgether, the apartment still maintains a little bit the character of a WG/shared apartment (there a two beds - one in each room - for example). But if you are moving here alone or as a couple and you should just need one of them, you can, of course, make new arrangements.

I love this apartment because it is very lighty and it is located in a quiet area next to the Chamissoplatz. From the kitchen and the front room you have a wonderful view to the square with its big trees and children playing in the playground. If you are a fan of bio products, you will also like the bio market which takes place every saturday in front of the house.

I am moving away initially for one year due to my job (if my contract is extended, it could become even two). So I am looking for a person (or two) who is/are planning to stay for at least one year.
