Hello all,
i am renting out my beautiful bright apartment with 3 rooms in Schönleinstraße Kreuzberg.
I will be out of the apartment from around 25th of October ( that can be flexible ) till end of january!
The apartment has two big rooms both 25 qm and a small one, 12 qm.
One room can be used as a living room the other one as a bedroom and the small room as a study!
The rooms are furnished!
For now there were two bedrooms but one room is easily converted into a living room since I also have a sofa and can take one bed out. The study looks into green space which is beautiful to work/ work out or meditate in.
There is a big bathroom with an amazing bathtub which was the reason why I took the apartment.
It has a great energy and the entire place is very peaceful since it is located in the back building.
The whole building is very safe with two entrances and an automated intercome to open the door.
There is fast Wifi in the apartment with an easy accessible name.
The apartment got newly renovated 4 years ago so it is in a very good condition.
You will have a big american sized fridge a fully functional kitchen, a dish washer, washing machine and a super fast and easy heating system.
The view is into green space on the one side facing a basketball court. so also here very calm and relaxed energies.
The location is perfect. 1 minute from U8- Bahn Station Schönleinstraße.
1 Minute from Kottbusser Damm, which has all the main food stores such as Edeka, Netto, Bio Company etc.
the turkish market, turkish supermarkets and local bio food markets just down the street.
It is a beautiful area with the Hasenheide 5 minutes away and the canal 1 minute away. You will be living right next to Gräfestraße which has a lot of bars, restaurants and coffee places where it is fun to have a coffee and a drink and just enjoy the energy.
I have been living here since I moved to Berlin and never found a better spot!
I love this neighborhood with its little shops, great restaurants, vinyl stores, the canal with markets, artistic people and great coffee places around.
It is also perfect for jogging alongside the canal which I really enjoy especially in fall with all the leafs changing color.
For those who like to feel extra safe, there is a hospital 5 minutes from my place as well right at the canal.
If you have a bike you will love just cycling around the area. You will have a lot of green spots and if you fallow the canal you can easily reach Charlottenburg with its beautiful castle in 20 mins.
Its a beautiful ride alongside the water.
