Cute and central 2 room apartment in Mehringdamm, Kreuzberg

Looking to rent out my flat while I'm on holidays. Ideally for the entire time but it can be discussed.

The flat is located on the 4th floor on Mehringdamm (close to the corner of Bergmannstrasse) and has a great view and as much light as you can possible get this time of the year. There's a bus stop just in front of the building and it's roughly a 5min walk away from u-bahn Mehringdamm (U7+U6) and Platz der Luftbrücke (U6) and close to Victoria park, great restaurants, grocery stores and other shops.

The apartment is fully furnished with the most comfortable Princess (queen sized) bed you can imagine, bedroom projector+screen, bathtub, washing machine+iron, fully equipped kitchen and wifi.

I should mention that I live with a cat. He's obviously not included in the rental ;) (he's with me overseas) but just in case anyone has allergy issues. I've recently removed the carpet in the living room but the floor in the bedroom still has it.

The flat has a "French" balcony and it's ok to smoke over there or by the windows but preferable not inside the apartment. The bathroom is lacking a normal sink but there's hand soap both by the bathtub tap and kitchen sink.
