i am renting out my lovely place for eleven nights to a single woman* !
i would love to find a trustful, nice and clean person that treats my place with love and respect. the appartment is extra comfy and i am sure you will enjoy your stay very much. it is a very calm and harmonic place on the third floor, full of sunlight and great blue skyview, which is just beautiful to have in wintertime.
please keep in mind that it is a non-smoking and non-party place. i prefer to rent it out to a single woman*. if you would like to come by two, please let me know, it should be also fine...
the apartment is located in berlin kreuzberg, just next to the canal. you can find everything close that is needed. from parks, supermarkets, organic markets, sport activities, clubs + bars and any kind of little shops, galleries or markets (food, arts and fleemarket at maybachufer).
WI-FI and landline telephone flat within germany included.
