Möbliert!!! 2 Zimmerwohnung im Herzen Kreuzbergs

ich werde das nächste Jahr komplett nicht in Berlin sein und vermiete daher befristet meine schöne, voll-möblierte Wohnung mitten zwischen dem Gräfe- und dem Reuterkiez.

Der Zeitraum ist ein flexibel, je nachdem wie es für uns passt. Es sind auch erstmal Kurzzeitmieten möglich. Fragt einfach nach :)

Die Wohnung ist leider nicht WG-geeignet.

Rahmendaten:
- 1070€ warm / Monat inkl. Gas / Strom usw. plus Kaution (1070 €)
- voll möbliert, ich lasse das vieles da, könnte aber auch Sachen zu meinen Eltern bringen, wenn ihr eigene Möbel habt.

Lage:
- Urbanstr. 66, ca 2 min vom Hermannplatz entfernt
- sehr zentral und trotzdem total ruhig ist die Anbindung an die U8 und die U7 perfekt um überall in die Stadt zu kommen. Nebenan ist direkt der Gräfekiez, das Maybachufer, die Hasenheide usw. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Min auf dem Tempelhofer Feld.
- Und klar, max 5 Min zu allem was man im täglichen Leben braucht. Das ist in Kreuzberg aber jede Wohnung :)

Wohnung/Haus:
- gemütliche sanierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung, voll möbliert, NICHT WG-geeignet
- sehr ruhig im Hinterhaus gelegen, 3. OG
- angenehme und ruhige Mieter

I will not be completely in Berlin next year and therefore rent my beautiful, fully furnished apartment in the middle between the Gräfe- and the Reuterkiez.

The period is flexible, depending on how it suits us. There are also first short term rentals possible. Just ask :)

The apartment is unfortunately not suitable for WG.

Frame data:
- 1070 € warm / month including gas / electricity etc. plus deposit (1070 €)
- fully furnished, I leave that much there, but could also bring things to my parents, if you have your own furniture.

Location:
- Urbanstr. 66, about 2 minutes from Hermannplatz
- very central and still totally quiet, the connection to the U8 and the U7 is perfect to get anywhere in the city. Next door is directly the Gräfekiez, the Maybachufer, the Hasenheide etc. By bike you are in 5 minutes on the Tempelhof field.
- And sure, max 5 min to everything you need in daily life. That's in Kreuzberg but every apartment :)

Flat house:
- Cozy renovated 2-room apartment, fully furnished, NOT suitable for WG
- very quiet in the rear building, 3rd floor
- pleasant and quiet tenants
