We’re subletting our beautiful, modern apartment in the in-demand area of Kreuzkölln (between Neukölln and Kreuzberg) for about 1 - 3 month (negotiable). This is the perfect base if you want to move to Berlin and haven't found an apartment yet. We’re super flexible on the dates, because we want to make the most of our COVID-19 induced remote working and live by the sea for a bit.
The flat has one very big room (kitchen, living room and office, which can be separated), one smaller room (bedroom), a super modern bathroom with shower, a patio and a small balcony. Wifi works perfectly if you want to work remotely.
So here's what's on offer in short:
- 86 sqm ground floor apartment in Kreuzkölln
- open plan (kitchen and living space) plus one bedroom and one office
- fully furnished according to photos (and yes, dogs are allowed on the sofa and in the bed :) )
- appliances: fridge, freezer (you can store raw food in here), dishwasher, oven, washing machine, toaster
- also included: towels, bedding, cutlery etc and dog beds and bowls
- balcony and patio
- underfloor heating
- towel warmer in bathroom
- included in the rent of 1.550 EUR (which is what we are paying) is water, electricity and super-fast internet
We're charging exactly what we pay monthly for this as an unfurnished apartment (no extra charge for the furniture) so we're asking you to look after our plants in return.

- neighbourhood with walkable cafés, bars, restaurants
- bus stop right in front of our building (line 171), other bus lines (104, 166 and 194) 5 min away
- very close to canal, where many people walk their dogs
- several parks within walking distance
- raw feeding shop about 10 min away by bus (line 171)
