The apartment is located 1 minute walking from Checkpoint Charlie, you will find many restaurants in the near: There is Starbucks, Backfactory and Mc Donald's. Next to the building is Rossmann and you can reach Lidl by 5 min walking. Bus M29, Underground U6 is 40 m away, Undergound U2 and other more bus lines are 700 m away.
No pets and no smokers, sorry. Please take off your shoes inside the apartment.
The apartment is only for temporary letting and not for permanent letting, as i am with my family in Berlin during the corona period. My private stuffs are still in the apartment.
Please note: Because of a water leakage in the apartment above the wall on the bath room got wet and some tiles came loose.
