Sunny rooftop flat Kreuzberg Bergmannkiez! (June 11.6.-July 8.7) 4 weeks

Hello, this is a very special home and everyone who stayed here said it actually more than fulfilled their expectations and they felt super comfortable. As I won't be in Berlin, I will sub-let my beautiful apartment to an individual or a couple. Dates are 11.6-8.7. so 4 weeks and we can discuss about a few days more if needed. The place is really special, great for working from home and living - completely furnished. I am looking for responsible people who will also be able to water my plants, which bring a lovely touch to the flat.

It's a maisonette flat (meaning 2 connected floors) connected with indoor staircase 5th and 6th floor in Bergmannkiez:
- Balcony with a view over Berlin and very bright with lots of windows
- It’s REALLY quiet for Berlin and yet super central, the neighbours are lovely. You'll only hear birds in the morning (and perhaps the church at the full hour mid day)
- 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor)
- great work from home setup - standing desk and screen for home-office and also table downstairs, so 2 people can work in parallel
- fastest internet DSL 100 with Telekom (best provider in Germany)
- modern kitchen with everything you need
- lots of beautiful plants (that need to be watered) and designer furniture
- one of the best neighbourhoods in Berlin lively, beautiful and very central - markets, cafes, restaurants and parks in walking distance
- has all the essential equipment you need including dish washer, washing machine, cleaning robot etc.

2 things to take note of: it’s 5th floor without elevator (will keep you fit) and it’s an open lay-out with practically no doors except the bath rooms - so ideal for couples or individuals who are intimate, not for a group of people. I am looking for someone to take the place for the entire time if possible. Price for a full month is 1600€ - includes all costs internet, electricity, water, GEZ. The deposit of 800€ will be transferred back immediately upon return and is to ensure there are no damages. I have sublet my place in similar ways several times for the past 3 years and always had great experience and happy subtenants.
