Hi, are you looking for an apartment?
We are a family with 2 kids we will go abroad and we sublet our apartment with 3 bedrooms (2 big and 1 little).
We keep the access to the little room in case the papa need to came to Berlin, it will be few days maybe 2-3 times in the all year.
The house is a beautiful old house from 1900, ceiling decoration. Interior with a bit of Berlin-artistic Style, hammock and real tree in the sleepingroom!
The location is just the best close to river, parks, playground, restaurant, subway, and supermarket in walking distance.
Kids friendly. Please no smokers!! Quiet people!!

LOCATION
The apartment is in a very special loved and green location between the gorlizer park, the river and canal, it is close to all possible transport connection (Ubhan SchlesischesTor, BUS, Sbhan, Ostbhanof Station), clubs, restaurant, supermarket from turkish to bio, rewe, nachkauf and so on. There are a lot of restaurant, pizzeria with real italian pizza or Ice cream, we have 3 parks (Terptower, Gorlizer park, lowmühle playground for kids is at 100 meter distance), with 3 bus stops we have the cityforest plantenwald (a forest in the city) that is just always beautiful.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is fully furnished with furniture, bed stuff, kitchen stuff, bathroom towel, and so on....also it is child friendly, we live here books and games for child (from elementary school more or less).
It is composed by 3 rooms completely furnished 2 big rooms, each room has 25m and one little room of 8m. We have high ceiling with beautiful decoration and wooden floor. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom.
The 2 big rooms you can use as you like rearranging the beds and the desks and the sofa as you prefer.
The one little room is a kind of wardrobe where we keep our stuff and the possibility to sleep if we need iit (in this case we advice you in advance and cover 10-15 euro pro day and stay) probable only the papa kommt because of his job, for few days, 2 or max 3 times on the whole year.

CONTRACT
Extension of the stay is possible but with one months holiday break. During the holiday break, you can keep all your stuff in the apartment and the rent will be payed from us.

- from 6.9.22 to 20.7.23 is 1450€ all inclusive and fully furnished from towel to dishes.

- There are 3 rooms (2 big and one little) plus kitchen and bathroom
- we keep the access to the little room in case we need it to came to Berlin (few days in the all year, we advice you in advance and cover 10-15 euro pro day).
- Older then 23 y.o.
- extension possible for a second year with one month holiday break (you cold keep your stuff in the apartment)
