A spacious apartment, on the 6th floor, 2 bedrooms + 1 living room, with an elevator, a balcony overlooking huge trees (no building blocking your view), 1minute walk to Markthalle 9, 2 bus stops at the doorstep, great public transport connections to Schlesisches Tor, Görlizter Bahnhof, Ostbahnhof and Heinrich Heine Straße station. We have all the basic amenities in the apartment.
We are looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to live in our home that we love and respect oh-so-much! :) We are looking for tenants to occupy our home for 3.5 months. If you are interested, please get in touch with us with some basic info about yourself and we will arrange a date to meet/show the apartment in person and get to know you better.
Dates the apartment will be available: 01 Dec 2021 - 15th March 2022.
Cold Rent: 1050€ + Internet 45€ + 120€ electricity
Deposit: 1050€ will be returned in full given no damages occured.
Photos of the 2nd bedroom are still to come. No Pets allowed, no smoking indoors (a balcony is here for that ;) There is a possibility to swap the mattress out for a bigger one if needed. Our home is kid compatible as well. Write to us for more info :)
