Hi!
We rent out our small, very cosy flat in the geographical centre of Berlin, in the heart of Kreuzberg and directly in the nightlife district Kreuzberg 36. Oranienstraße and Kottbusser Tor are virtually right on the doorstep. We are happy to hand over the flat to responsible hands. Parties are definitely not allowed here :-)

The flat has regular household facilities and is equipped as standard.
There is a kitchen, a bathroom, a large living room and a bedroom.
In the bedroom there is a large and comfortable double bed with the size 180x200.

As you will take care about our very cute little bunny the price is only 60 € per night instead of 80€ (our usual amount).
You can write to us at any time. We would also be happy to give you an online tour of the flat if you like.

Wir vermieten unsere kleine, sehr gemütliche Wohnung in der geographischen Mitte Berlins, im Herzen Kreuzbergs und direkt im Ausgehviertel Kreuzberg 36. Oranienstraße und Kottbusser Tor sind quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Wir freuen uns die Wohnung in der Zeit in verantwortungsvolle Hände zu übergeben. Partys sind hier auf keinen Fall erlaubt :-)

Die Wohnung verfügt über reguläre Haushaltseinrichtungen und ist standardmäßig ausgestattet.
Es gibt eine Küche, ein Bad, ein großes Wohn- und ein Schlafzimmer.
Im Schlafzimmer steht ein großes und komfortables Doppelbett mit der Größe 180x200cm.

Da du auf unser süßes Kaninchen aufpassen wirst (super wenig zu zu tun und sehr pflegeleicht), wirst du statt 80 nur 60€ pro Nacht bezahlen.
Ihr könnt uns jederzeit schreiben. Gerne führen wir Euch auch einmal online durch die Wohnung wenn ihr wollt.
