The building was finished only a year ago, and the flat has only had one careful couple (us) as tenants, and it's pretty much good as new.
One decent sized bedroom (we fit a massive bed, big wardrobe and desk in there quite comfortably), and one really big living and dining space, both of which have beautiful views out over the park.
Sandwiched between Kreuzberg, Neukölln, and Hasenheide park, you're close enough to be just a short walk in any direction from cool and bustling neighborhoods, but still far enough away from the Kiezes to have a lovely, peaceful, 5th floor balcony view.
North: Graefekiez
East: Weserkiez
South: Schillerkiez
West: Mehringdamm
5 minutes walk to Sunkreuz and 10 minutes to Hermannplatz, and walking distance from Edeka, Aldi, and loads of awesome bars and restaurants. Also was just added to Wolt so you can get food from basically anywhere in Kreuzberg and Neukölln delivered.
Fancy going for a run? Hasenheide park is right on your doorstep! Fancy running a bit further? Then just keep on running right through it to Templehoff.
We're looking for someone to take over our contract - not sublet. The apartment was taken unfurnished, but we can also sell the furniture to anyone who is interested.
To take over the contract the property management company will need:

- Three most recent payslips
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung from your previous landlord
