the perfect location in berlin, extremly central, with lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, galleries and art studios around, the subway line (u8 / schönleinstraße) is one minute away and it takes you 8 minutes to alexanderplatz. there is a beautyful turkish/organic market twice a week (tue + fri 11-18.30h) right in front of the door, the people from the area love it, not only for shopping but enjoying the atmosphere and live music on the terrace above the canal. this flat is really a perfect location to enjoy summer in the city.
the 78 sqm (840 sq ft) apartment is very bright with high ceilings and in great condition. living room with sofa which can easily be unfolded to a very comfortable bed for two, coffee table, tv (big flat screen), dvd, cable, high speed internet (wifi), the bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a tv as well.
the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing mashine, dining table, the bath has a tub with a shower.
since this is my personal apartment, there is a complete household with everything you need for daily live.
