2 Zimmerwohnung in Lankwitz

Da ich aus meiner Wohnung ausziehe, suche ich ab dem 15.10.2015 einen Nachmieter/eine Nachmieterin, der/die die Wohnung inklusive Möbeln übernehmen möchte. Der Mietvertrag ist vorerst auf ein Jahr abgeschossen, kann aber bei Interesse auch verlängert werden. Ein früherer Auszug ist natürlich auch möglich, sofern ein Nachmieter gestellt wird. Weiteres kann mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden.


Die Wohnung ist 45qm groß und besteht aus 2 Zimmern, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Außerdem ist ein Keller vorhanden. Der Boden der beiden Zimmer und des Flurs sind Laminat, in der Küche ist Linoleum und im Badezimmer Fliesen verlegt. Im Flur befindet sich ein Hochboden zur einfachen Unterbringung von Koffern, Winterklamotten etc. Außerdem ist im Flur eine Garderobe mit einem Regal eingebaut. Dort lassen sich Jacken, Schals und Schuhe einfach verstauen. Ich werde dort den Schuhschrank hinterlassen.

In der Küche befindet sich eine Einbauküche, ebenso wie ein Kühlschrank der vom Vermieter gestellt wird. Auch ein in der Wand eingelassener Vorratsschrank ist vorhanden. Die Küche bietet außerdem einen Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine.

Im Wohnzimmer ist ausreichend Platz für einen Schreibtisch, Sofa und Esstisch nebst TV-Möbel. Im Wohnzimmer verbleiben an Möbeln der Esstisch inklusive der vier Stühle, so wie die Wohnwand. Das Sofa, den Couchtisch und den kleinen Schreibtisch werde ich mitnehmen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Außenrollos und könnte somit in einer WG-Konstellation auch gut als Schlafzimmer benutzt werden.

Im Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls Rollos vorhanden. Ich werde hier die Matratze mitnehmen, das 1,8m Bettgestell und der Schrank sollten übernommen werden.

Das Tageslichtbad verfügt über eine freistehende Dusche, eine Toilette und ein Waschbecken.

As I will leave my flat, I am looking for a new tenant from 15.10.2015 to take over the flat as well as the furniture that I am going to leave there. The contract will be one year for the moment, but can be longer if you wish. The apartment can of course be left before the year is over, provided that you suggest a new tenant to the landlord. Further details can be discussed with the landlord himself.

The flat is 45 square meters and consists of 2 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Further there is a basement that can be used.

The flooring in both rooms and the hallway is laminate, the kitchen linoleum and the bathroom floor is tiled.
In the hallway there is space to store luggage, winter clothes etc. by the use of a second ceiling being integrated into parts of the hallway. Furthermore there is an integrated wardrobe with some shelves to store away jackets, scarves and shoes. I will leave an additional shoe cupboard in the flat.
The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen and a fridge provided by the landlord. There is a shelving system integrated into the wall for storing food and/or other things. A washing machine can be installed in the kitchen.

The living room offers enough space for a desk, sofa and dining table as well as a TV-station. I will leave the dining room set consisting of a table and four chairs, as well as the shelving system. I will take the couch and the coffee table as well as the desk and chair with me when I leave. The living room offers roller shutters that are mounted externally, which makes it possible to use the room as a second bedroom should the flat be used as a shared flat.

The bathroom has a window, a shower, toilet and sink.

The bedroom is equipped with roller shutters as well. Here I will take the mattress. The 1,8m double bed and the wardrobe will both remain in the flat.

Busco una persona para alquilar mi piso a partir del 15.10.2015, así como también me compre los muebles que voy a dejar aquí. El propietario pone de requisito hacer un contrato mínimo de un año, a negociar con él si se quiere estar más tiempo. Por supuesto que también se puede dejar antes de cumplirlo, pero como condición pone de ayudarle a encontrar otro arendatario. Para más detalles, se le puede consultar directamente a él.

El piso tiene 45 metros cuadrados y consiste de dos habitaciones, una cocina y un baño con ducha, además de un sótano amplio. El suelo del piso es de parket, la cocina de lino y el baño de azulejos.
En el vestíbulo hay un segundo techo con la posibilidad de guardar equipaje o ropa de invierno. También hay un armario empotrado con puerta corredera para guardar ropa con diversos estantes y percheros. También voy a dejar un armario zapatero.

La cocina esta equipada con un frigorífico y un horno con 4 fuegos en la parte superior proporcionado por él propietario. Hay varios armarios en la pared para el almacenamiento de alimentos y / u otras cosas. También existe la posibilidad de instalar una lavadora.

El salón ofrece el espacio suficiente para un escritorio, un sofa, una mesa con sillas así como también un mueble para la televisión. Voy a dejar la mesa, las cuatro sillas y el mueble grande con varias reprisas y armarios. Voy a llevarme el sofá, la mesita pequeña, el escritorio y la silla del escritorio. El salón está equipado con persianas, lo que hace posible que se pueda utilizar también como un segundo dormitorio.

El dormitorio también esta equipado con persianas. Aquí me llevaré los colchones y voy a dejar una cama doble de 1,8metros de largo y un gran armario.

El baño tiene una ventana, una ducha, un inodoro y un lavabo.
