Owing to a relocation to Switzerland, my wife and I are looking for suitable new tenants to take over the lease of our furnished 2-room (1 bedroom, 1 living room), 73 sq.m. apartment on Manetstr. in the Villenviertel am Orankesee between Lichtenberg and Weissensee. Public transport is easily accessed as the apartment is a 1-minute-walk from the M5 tram line, which can get you to S-Lansdberger Allee in 10 minutes, Alexanderplatz in 25 minutes, and the Hauptbahnhof in 35 minutes.

The lease runs until 31.05.2021, and the apartment includes a large living room with a spacious balcony and an alcove for the dining table, a carpeted bedroom with an attached conservatory, a bright, light-filled bathroom, a cellar, and underground parking.
