The landlords have certain requirements in order for this to be allowed:

- 2-3 people taking over contract as tenant, and you can sublet the 3rd room if only 2 if you'd like
- 3800€ combined net income between the 2 or 3
- all tenants must be out of probation in their employment

Deposit is 957€ for each person, assuming 3 renters.
2877€ total otherwise

Rent is 481€ each person w/ bills, assuminng 3 renters.
1443€ otherwise

We took over the contract from the previous tenants and are looking to do the same.

House is in very good condition, just few bits here and there dirty, like walls, and few holes on walls that can easily be plugged.

House faces directly south and gets a LOT of light, which is extremely pleasant.

Fully furnished kitchen w/ big cupboards, fridge, dish washer, table, couch, and 2 wardrobes on hallway/other small pieces of furniture.
Also has a clothes washing machine in bathroom already installed.

You also get basement storage.

The agreement is tenants taking over the entire house as-is, as we did with previous tenants, and in exchange you'll get all of this for free.

Huge hallway; 3 big rooms, center one having a balcony; 1st and balcony room have a door between them (which can just be filled with foam, simply locked, or hidden with a curtain or what not.

Very high ceillings, and in good condition.
