We are subletting our 3 room, fully furnished, 78 sqm, luminous apartment with balcony in Lichterfelde West.

Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils including microwave, coffee machine, oven, electrical stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, etc.

WC is separated from the bathroom. There is bathtub and washer-dryer combo in the bathroom.

In kids-room, there is a sofabed (Ikea Askeby) in addition to baby crib.

The apartment is 8 minutes away from Sbahn station (S1 line), which goes to the city center (Brandenburger Tor and Friedrichstraße). Around Sbahn station you can find several cafes, shops and markets. 188, M11, X11 bus stations are also located there.

The area is in the middle of Villa Colony from late 1800s, surrounded by beautiful historical residential buildings. The neighborhood is very green and calm, but also quite accessible. There is a supermarket right across the street in 2 minutes walking distance. Location is great for families.

The rent includes heating, water, electricity, WIFI and cleaning fees (2,5 hours biweekly).

We want to sublet the apartment for 5 months bulk from late April to late September. We are looking for professional couples or families with proof of employment and income in Germany.
