We are subletting our much-loved Mitte-Studio for a little more than 3 months as we are going on a longer work trip this winter. The flat is ideal for couples and consists of one super large living room with open kitchen (35qm), a large hallway and bathroom and a cozy and quiet bedroom with a doublebed. There is one more room which will be locked as we will store our stuff in there. We can do online viewings and are open to show you around in person as well. The flat is very bright and the view out of the window from the living room is on the TV tower and a cute little parque. A cute cafe is in the ground floor of the same building as well as a cycling studio (RoCycle). The flat has everything you need: Washing Machine, fully-equipped kitchen, modern heating, a new bathroom etc. - the perfect place to make yourself comfortable in cozy Winter-Berlin.

The surroundings of this flat are everything you could ask for if you’re planning a few weeks/months in Berlin. The flat is perfectly located in the heart of the most beautiful part of Mitte, very close to Prenzlauer Berg. You can reach everything by walking and can enjoy the best part of Berlin without taking public transport or the car. Subway station Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz (U2) is legit 1 min walk away. Weinmeisterstr (U8) is 5 min away. Rewe, Bio Company and dm also 5 min walking distance.

We have a cleaning lady that is coming every 2 weeks, that would need to be paid by you. She is 16€ per hour and usually it takes her 3 hours to clean the flat. It is requirement to adopt this "contract" with her.
