The flat consists of a 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a toilet. The flat has been renovated 3 year ago and is located on the top 5th floor. Two rooms are facing the backyear park, it's very quiet and it gets a lot of sun in the morning.
I have to leave Germany so I'm looking only for sone one who will be interested to take the flat with IKEA furniture (Kitchen + Appliences + Shelfs, Wardrobes, Beds,Tables, Chairs, Mirror). The total cost for required items comes out to 1500 euros or if you take everything it will be around 2000 euros. All furniture is sold at 30-50% off. I have a small PDF catalog with prices and links to IKEA site.

Tram stop is just on the conner of the street. S bahn Hackescher Markt - 10 minutes walking distance.
