Since I am in abroad for professional reasons, I offer for a short time (2-6 months) my very modern furnished apartment on. Im prefer a famielie or workers. Students may also inquire.

The house is located in the very center of Berlin, only 500 meters from Potzsdamer Platz.


So, you live in the middle of Berlin life in the cultural district of Mitte and Kreuzberg.

The duplex apartment (moissonette) has 4 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms and a spacious living and dining room.
There are two levels connected by a stairway . On each level there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
On the lower level there is a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
On the upper level there is a bedroom with a double bed and a room right next to it with two single beds.

The living and dining room with two large dining areas for many people has everything you need to spend a relaxing evening.

The modern kitchen is extensively equipped with different devices. There are
2 refrigerators
dishwasher
electric cooker with ceramic hob
kettle
coffee machine
toaster
cooking pots and pans
crockery and cutlery etc.

further, there is a washing machine in the bathroom, iron and ironing board .

Internet is free - Wi-Fi

Parking on the street is normaly is free.
