This is a beautiful and spacious two-room apartment on the top floor with unobstructed city views. The main room and kitchen are huge open spaces with 4m ceilings and large windows that get tons of light all day long.
The apartment is fully renovated with modern kitchen and bathroom and comes furnished with most everything you need.
I'm leaving berlin, back to the US, for 6-12 months and looking for a responsible renter to take over during that time. I'm flexible on dates, so let me know what your needs are and we can see if it works for both of us.
Could not be more centrally located. 5 min walk to Nordbanhof Sbahn, 5 min walk to Rosenthaler Ubahn, 10 min walk to Oranienburger Tor Ubahn, and 5 min walk to Oranienburgerstrasse Sbahn. Bus stop is directly infront of the house.
Torstrasse and the surrounding neighborhood are filled with some of the most popular bars and restaurants. If you're a foodie, you won't be disappointed in the area.
The small grocery store is directly in fromnt of the house, and the larger Rewe is about 5 min walk.
The house comes equipped with all of the furniture and accessories you might need. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment that you are welcome to use.
