Me and my boyfriend are traveling so we will rent our apartment while we are abroad. We are looking for respectful people who will stay in the apartment and take care of it while we are away. Two friends, a couple or just one person are welcome. I will really appreciate if you can water my plants :)
The apartment is fully renovated, has two rooms with garden and park view.

The apartment is located on the first floor in a great area in the heart of Berlin. Lively area with tons of Restaurants, Bars and a park just in front of the apartment, but also really quiet as my room is facing the back Garden. It is located 5 min walk from the Ubahn Rosenthaler Platz. You also have supermarkets like Rewe and Lidl nearby, you will only need 5 min walk.
The rent is 650€ and the Kaution is 300€ for 17 days.
Apartment suitable for two people, can be a couple, two friends or just one person.
