it is located on the second floor and features a large loggia. Building and apartment are in like new condition.
The rent for the apartment is EUR 1.450/ month
plus EUR 550/month extra charges which covers everything from heating to
internet access (exclusive cleaning). So the monthly total is EUR 2.000.
We are asking for a deposit of EUR 2500, which is refundable when you
move out.
