Willkommen in Berlin, willkommen im Bezirk Mitte - einem der attraktivsten Bezirke in Berlin. Das voll ausgestattete 81m2 große Apartment liegt sehr zentral und nahe des Berliner Hauptbahnhofs.

Aufgrund einer beruflichen Abwesenheit vermiete ich meine Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum an eine Person oder ein Pärchen (die Wohnung ist nicht WG geeignet). Da ich aktuell noch nicht absehen kann, wie lange ich abwesend sein werde, habe ich es vorerst für 6 Monate eingestellt. Verlängerung oder ggf. auch Übernahme der Wohnung ist durchaus denkbar und wäre dann dementsprechend zu besprechen.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und es ist an sich alles enthalten, was benötigt wird. Hier das wichtigste zur Wohnung:

- Schlafzimmer: Doppelbett inkl. Bettwäsche und Bettbezüge vorhanden, zwei Kleiderschränke, eine Kommode, ein Bücherregal

- Wohnzimmer: Grosse Couch mit Schlaffunktion für 2 Personen, Wohnzimmertisch, TV inkl. Amazon Prime, TV Board mit Schränken und Beleuchtung, Beistelltisch, Aufbewahrungsschrank, Schreibtisch mit Fächern inkl. Schreibtischstuhl

- Küche: Grosse Küchenzeile mit Hängeschränke sowie Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine (Pads), Waschmaschine, Esstisch inkl. 4 Stühle, Seitenschrank für div. Stauraum, Pfannen, Töpfe, Geschirr

- Bad: Badewanne, Toilette, Abstellschrank, Waschbecken, Spiegel, Hand- & Badetücher

- Eingangsbereich: Jackenhalterung, zwei Schränke für div. Stauraum

- Abstellkammer: Schränke zur Aufbewahrung, Wäscheständer

- Balkon

- Kellerabteil

Da ich mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt habe, möchte ich diese gerne an jemand geben, wer diese genau so schätzt wie ich und auch sorgfältig mit dieser Wohnung und den Gegenständen umgeht. Eine Haftpflichtversicherung ist ein muss, da immer etwas unvorhersehbareres passieren kann und somit beide Seiten abgedeckt sind. Ein Einkommensnachweis wird darüber hinaus auch benötigt. Die Untervermietung wird auch offiziell an den Vermieter gemeldet werden.

Welcome to Berlin, welcome to district "Mitte" - one of the most attractive districts in Berlin. The fully equipped 81m2 apartment is very centrally located and close to Berlin Central Station.

Due to a professional absence, I am renting my apartment for this period to one person or a couple (this flat is not suitable for flatmates). Since I currently can not foresee how long I will be absent, I set it for 6 months for now. Extension or possibly also take over the apartment is quite conceivable and would then be discussed accordingly.

The apartment is fully equipped and it is in itself included everything that is needed. Here is the most important information about the apartment:

- Bedroom: Double bed incl. bed linen and comforter covers available, two closets, a chest of drawers, a bookshelf.

- Living room: Large couch with sleep function for 2 persons, living room table, TV incl. Amazon Prime, TV board with cabinets and lighting, side table, storage cabinet, desk with compartments incl. desk chair

- Kitchen: large kitchen unit with wall cabinets as well as gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (pads), washing machine, dining table incl. 4 chairs, side cabinet for div. storage, pans, pots, dishes

- Bathroom: bathtub, toilet, storage cabinet, sink, mirror, hand & bath towels

- Entrance area: jacket rack, two cabinets for div. storage space

- Storeroom: cupboards for storage, clothes horse

- Balcony

- cellar compartment

Since I felt very comfortable in the apartment, I would like to give it to someone who appreciates it as much as I do and also carefully handles this apartment. A private liability insurance is a must, because always something unpredictable can happen and therefore both sides are covered. Proof of income is also required. The subletting will also be officially reported to the landlord.
