My partner and I will be away for a couple of months and have decided to sublet the flat for January and February 2022. The apartment is fully furnished with a bed, couple of night tables, a big wardrobe. a study table and chair in the bedroom. The living room has a big couch, a smart TV, a work desk like you can see in the pictures. The bedroom is situated towards the more calmer side of the building.
Its cozy flat, ideal for couples. There a few plants in the apartment that we wish that the person(s) moving in will take care off while we are way.

There is also a fit in kitchen that has a dishwasher, shelves, utensils and cutlery that can be shared. The kitchen also includes a coffee maker and a toaster as well.

The apartment is located right opposite Jannowitzbrücke S-bahn station. One can walk from to the nearest train station in 4 mins. The connections accessible from the apartment are S-bahn (S3, S5, S7, S9, S75), U bahn (U8 from U Jannowitzbrücke, U5 from U Schillingstraße, U2 from U Klosterstraße).
There is a netto about 400 m from the apartment and also an Edeka close by in the Alexa mall.
The apartment is very centrally located to either places of work, restaurants or clubs.
The apartment is also very accessible to both the airports via S-Bahn to Schönefeld and via Bus to Tegel.
