The rent will start from August until … (long term would be nice and highly wanted!) This flat suits one person or a couple and everyone are accepted, all nations, lgbtq+ whoever you are. Of course, you can do your official registration (Anmeldung) and you will get a proper flat contract from the landlord.
The flat has about 38 m2. It is separated into one big room, kitchen, bathroom all connected by a little entrance hall. It literally provides you with everything you need. Furniture like bed (2), closet (2), couch, table, chairs (4), tv, lamps, vacuum-cleaner, rice cooker, microwave and OF COURSE a washing machine comes with the flat. You can use the basement to store some stuff and in the little “innenhof” of the house, you can park your bikes - quite securely. By the way, if you have a car, you can park it outside for free.
The flat is located in a very calm and nice area, close to the Spree and to all the shops you could hope/wish for (Turmstraße). S-Bahn and Bus are super close and by bike, you need 15 min for arriving in Berlin-Mitte. The neighborhood is quite calm and relaxed and the neighbors are really nice, they will be always up to get your package! ❤️
The cost of the flat is 860€ warm - all costs included water, speedy-internet, electricity, radio, and other costs. FYI: The deposit is a double rent (1720€) that of course, you will get back when you go out of the flat and it would be good if you can demonstrate that you have the money to pay the rent. (copy of the contract, copy of bank account info...)
The landlord likes the flat to be quite clean, so it would be nice to find people that are quite careful with their habitat.
We currently live in the flat and will do the first round of interested people via video call. Of course, if you are super interested and can make it to Berlin, we will introduce the flat in an analog way!
