Lage
Our apartment is super bright and very nice to live in. It is very original with a mixture of wood and windows communicating between rooms.
1 to 4 people can live in.
There is a fully furnished kitchen, a small but bathroom with bath and toilet, 2 bedrooms (one with double 180 cm bed and another one with a double bed on a mezzanine + a baby/child bed), a living room with couch, table...
In the neighborhood there are a lot of nice Cafés, bars and restaurants.
We rent our apartment when we are away on holidays. We are a family and are looking for respectful people as we have all our personal furnitures in the apartment as well as our children's ones. That's why we put a 1000 euros caution. To make sure people coming take huge care of our apartment.
Note that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator.
We live in the very nice and full of life neighborhood of Neukölln. 5 minutes walk from Hermannplatz with 2 main metro lines to reach the city center.
We are 10minutes walk from the canal, Hasenheide park and also very close to Tempelhof so it is very nice for walks.
