We are a queer couple looking for a sublet for 3 weeks from January 11- 31 2024. The flat is suited for anyone looking for a temporary stay. We (together) speak fluent German, English, French & Spanish so those languages are welcome for communication.
We are looking for a person or a couple looking to stay for 3 weeks, someone who can water our plants and take good care of the space.
The flat is very well located in Neukölln: 2 mins walking from the bus stops & S+Ubahn station Neukölln. Grocery stores are also within 3min walk (Aldi, Kaufland, Rossmann & Asian supermarket).
The apartment includes:
-Bedroom (double bed)
-Livingroom + Balcony (TV)
-Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, big fridge, gas stove)
-Bathroom with Bathtub (washing machine)
-storage room/pantry
-heating, electricity + wifi
-sublet contract + 200 euro deposit
-the flat is pet free :)
The total for the 3 weeks will be 1200 (including the deposit), anmeldung is NOT possible. Pets are also welcome in the space however no medium or large dogs. Please message me for questions or more details!
