Passend für 2 Personen, ideal für ein Paar, man kann aber auch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer als Bett nutzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist allerdings das einzige Durchgangszimmer zur Küche. 60 qm, 2 große Zimmer (20-25qm), hell (wenn die Sonne scheint :')). Fernseher kann genutzt werden (inkl. Firestick). Balkon, + Bad mit Badewanne. Die Temperatur/Heizungen können über ein Thermostat (mit Timing Funktion etc.) geregelt werden. Wir haben grade eine neue Waschmaschine gekauft (nicht die auf dem Foto), einen neuen Kühlschrank und auch eine neue Spülmaschine in der Küche stehen. Sollte also alles einwandfrei laufen.

Suitable for 2 people, ideal for a couple, but you can also use the sofa bed in the living room as a bed. However, the living room is the only passageway to the kitchen. It's 60 sqm with 2 large rooms (20-25 sqm each), bright (when the sun is shining :')). The TV can be used (including Firestick). There's a balcony, plus a bathroom with a bathtub. The temperature/heating can be regulated via a thermostat (with timing function, etc.). We just bought a new washing machine (not the one in the photo), a new refrigerator, and there's also a new dishwasher in the kitchen. So everything should run smoothly. Various supermarkets (a large Edeka, Nahkauf, and Netto) are within a 5-minute walk.
