We subletting our apartment on Weserstr when we are gone on holiday. If you don't know Weserstr. it's a lively street in a heart of Neukolln full of restaurants and bars at a few minutes walking distance from Hermannplatz :)
You'll have 2 rooms: a bedroom (with double bed and wardrobe), and a living room (with convertible couch and dining table). You will also have an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine), and a bathroom with a bathtub.
We're away from Feb 10 to Mar 30 and are looking for someone to sublet during this time (the whole period or during at least 1 or 2 weeks).
No parties or loud events allowed, this is a residential building with families and there would be some plants to take care of. The flat retains most of our items staying in place (the pictures are from the previous tenants so some furnitures are different now). For this reason, we request a deposit of 500 EUR.
The rent is 850€/month and 1380€ for the whole period.
