Hallo liebe Leute,

Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung mit 2 Zimmer, eine Kueche und ein Badezimmer. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Sofa, das man auch als Doppelbett benutzen kann, TV, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Couchtisch, Esstisch mit Stuehlen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett, einen Schreibtisch, 2 Sessel, ein Regal und Kleiderstange. Das Badezimmer hat ein Bad und eine Dusche und die Küche eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd und all das nötige Küchenzeug. Internet gibt es natuerlich auch. Die Wohnung ist auch WG-tauglich.

Für Oeffentliches Verkehr: die Bushaltestelle ist 1 min. entfernt, die U- und S-Bahnstation Hermannstrasse ca. 7 min. Direkt gegenüber vom Haus ist ein Aldi, 150 Meter entfernt ist ein Lidl und in der Hermannstr. ein Rewe und ein Netto. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auch. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist auch nur ungefähr 5 Minuten zu Fuß und das beliebte Schillerkiez auch nur wenige Straßen entfernt.

Mein Freund und ich fahren fuer 1 Monate weg. über uns, wir sind 34 und 35, Deutsch, Englisch und arbeiten im sozialen Bereich. Wir sind freundlich und gechillt

This is a flat with a living room, bedroom and kitchen. The living room has a sofa, which can also be used as a double bed, a desk and chair, coffee table, TV, dining room table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed, a desk and chair, 2 arm chairs, shelves, and clothes rail. The bathroom has got a bath and a shower. The kitchen has got a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and all the usual kitchen stuff. There's internet too of course. The flat can be used as a flat share. Aldi is directly opposite the flat and lidl up the road about 150 metres away. In Hermannstraße at the end of the road there's also a Netto and Rewe, so plenty of supermarkets around. There are parking spots as well. Regarding public transport the Sbahn train and underground are at the end of the street about 7 minutes by foot and the bus stop just 1 minute away. Tempelhofer Feld park is about a 5 minute walk and the popular Schiller kiez is only a few streets away.

My boyfriend and I are going away for a month. About us, we're 34 and 35, speak German and English and are social workers. We're friendly and chilled.
