Our 120 sqm apartment is big and spacious, has a big rooftop terrace, a little balcony and two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other one with a bath tub). Since we are on the 5th floor (with an elevator), there's lots of sunlight coming through and even though there are noisy cafe's and bars around, our place is a peaceful oasis.
It's all fully furnished with lots of seating space and a big XXL couch and TV in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, too and there's a bbq on the terrace. DSL Internet, washing machine and dryer etc. are also available. The bed is 140cm.

We are located in the heart of Neukölln near Rathaus Neukölln, 2 minutes to the next metro station (U7) and 10 minutes to the U8. Scene restaurants, cafes and bars are a stone's throw away, as are parks like Volkspark Hasenheide, Tempelhofer Flugfeld or the Spree Canal. There are shops like H&M, Nike and a mall as well as various supermarkets in 3min. walking distance.

We are looking for a single person or a couple to stay in our beloved apartment while we're traveling overseas.
The following would be important to us: no smoking in the house (there are two balconies to do so), no parties. We are easy going, however, we trust you with our home, so we appreciate respectful guests, that know how to clean after themselves and treat our belongings with care.
