Neukölln apartment for sublet 3,5 - 5 months

Hello there,

I'm subletting my 2-room apartment for 3,5 months, from March 17th until June 30th (potentially also in July and August, but that's not clear yet). It's located in Neukölln 5 minutes footwalk from S+U Hermannstraße.

It's a bright south facing apartment on the top floor with one big room (25sqm), one small room (12 sqm), balcony, kitchen, bathroom and corridor. I'm subletting it fully furnished as shown in the pictures with one 160-bed, one 140-guest bed, two wardrobes, 2 desks, 1 dining table, two couches and a few more smaller shelves (only the blue carpet and couch table in the big room won't be there).

The price is 1050€ per month and 490€ for half the month in March. Plus a 100€ cleaning fee in the end and 200€ deposit. I'm renting it to either one person or two that already know and like each other (couples, friends, family members...).

Unfortunately no pets, no inside smoking and no Anmeldung possible.


It would be great if you could water my plants and let me know if I have post, while I'm gone.
