2-Zimmer-Wohnung at the heart of Neukoelln/ Tempelhofer Feld.
Due to work I am looking for a couple or a single person to take over my flat for 1 year with possibilities of extension.

I pay high attention to keep the flat clean and in shape…the same I will expect from you.
I am looking for someone:
- who knows how to clean and will do it frequently, treats the flat as their sweet home, and not just a homestay or party location;
- You already know Berlin a bit and you will nourish the party animal in you elsewhere;
- You work full-time and you are happy to come back home for recovery and refuge;
- You love plants and find the joy to take care of them.
- And again: You treat the flat with care and responsibility.

The location: supermarkets Rewe BionCompany Aldi Local grocery stores – all nearby.
U8 and Ringbahn at your service.
Restos, Cafés and Bars, parks all there.

The bed room (20qm) faces the East, means the sun is kissing you in the morning. Living room (ca 30qm) is West-South, inviting you to enjoy the last delight of the day.

I will invite you to come over for a chit chat to get to know each other and to see the flat.
