I'm renting my quiet and comfortable flat in Schillerkiez in Neukölln for the month of June.
Just two blocks from wonderful Templehofer Feld and surrounded by two other parks (Hasenheide and Anita-Berber-Park).
The flat is fully furnished and includes a large balcony overlooking Herrfurthplatz as well as living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Also included are a clothes washing machine, espresso machine, projector (beamer), and fast internet/wifi.
Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. The neighbors are all very quiet and pleasant and I'm looking for someone who can also be quiet and respectful. Not a party flat.
Farmer's market every Saturday on the platz. Grocery store next door with multiple others in the vicinity. Two blocks from Hermannstrasse where you will find many restaurants and shops as well as the U8 U-Bahn (Boddinstrasse and Leinestrasse). About 20 minutes to the center of the city (Alexanderplatz).
Total rent for June is €1400. Includes internet, electric etc. Caution is €600.
I can be flexible on the dates.
