schöne möblierte Altbau-Wohnung nahe Reuterkiez (Kreuz-kölln)

Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende, (text in english below) wir sind ein Pärchen, dass für einen Monat ins Ausland geht und deswegen möchten wir unsere schöne, gemütliche, geräumige und helle Wohnung gerne untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert mit allem was man braucht. Wir wohnen zwar als Pärchen hier aber es gibt zwei Betten und zwei Schreibtische und Kleiderschränke-also wäre auch Wg-geeignet. Die Straße ist relativ ruhig, ein Zimmer geht nach hinten raus-das ist total ruhig. Die Wohnungslage ist günstig mit dem U-Hermannplatz verbunden sowie mit mehreren Bussen direkt um die Ecke. Auf der Karl-Marxstr. und Sonnenallee bekommt man alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr aus Afrika, Indien, dem Orient und aller Welt. Über die Sonnenallee kommt man direkt in den lebhaften Reuterkiez in dem es mittlerweile unendlich viele Cafés und Bars gibt, aber auch Ateliers und Kulturprojekte. Nach Kreuzberg ist es auch nicht weit. Wir haben einen Alice-DSL Anschluss mit einer Tel.Nummer und einem Router, also das Telefon müsste man gemeinsam nutzen aber jeder kann im Netz surfen. (Das sind die 30,- im Monat) Wir werden in Kürze noch ein paar Fotos reinstellen. Beautiful 2-rooms apartment close to Reuterkiez

Hello dear home-seekers, we are a couple that go for one month and because of that we want to rent our beautiful, comfortable, ample and light apartment. The place is completely furnished with everything is needed. We live as a couple but there are two mattresses and two escritoires and closets that means would turn into a flat share. The street is relatively quiet, one room looks to the inner courtyard which make it totally quiet. The quarter is cheap, connected with the U-station Hermannplatz and many bus stations close to home. At the Sonnenalle and the Karl-Marx street you can find anything you want from Africa, India, Middle East and the rest of the world. Over the street you enter the total vivid Reuter quarter with infinite cafés and bars, ateliers und cultural projects. To Kreuzberg is not so far.
