So I am leaving my flat for a little week and I will leave on Tuesday the 3rd and be back on Monday the 9th of April. Meanwhile I would like to rent out my room for someone/more people who are staying in Berlin for a short time.

The flat has a good location 1 min away from Tempelhof Flughafen/park
And 2 min walk to the U8, station Boddin str. So getting around fast is no problem at all.

My room has:
- Mattress 200 x140
- Couch also for sleeping so 4-5 people can stay
- Desk/chair/lamp
- My instruments

The flat:
- Bathroom
- kitchen with everything (table, fridge cooking supply ect.)
- Washing machine

The room is average big and has a lovely lightning in during the day.
If you are interested I will be delighted to send you some pictures of the flat.

I live with my lovely friend who is working for an NGO and playing music as well.

So the flat is located in the north of Neukölln in the Herrfuther "Kiez" only 3 stations from Kottbusser Tor and 2 stations from the Schönlein Strasse and the Paul-Lincke Ufer. There is a Kaisers, Grocery marked, and Lidl 5 min. away from the flat, and café's on the street and the streets nearby.
