Nice shared flat to rent in Neuköln.

Unfortunately i have to leave my flat in Neuköln. I´ve been living here for 4 years and now as i have to go to Munich for work, i´m looking for someone to rent it with my furniture and it´s current status.

The flat is perfect to share it with someone or for a couple. It has 2 big rooms totally separated, an small room to put some stuff, bathroom with bath and the kitchen. Additionally, one of the rooms has a big terrace.

As i´m looking for a new flat in Munchen and i don´t know yet if it would be shared or not, i want to sell all the furniture that i´ve bought for this flat. The flat is totally prepared to enter to live.

The room with Terrace has a big sofa/bed, a guardrobe, a big IKEA shelf, a desk with a chair a small table and a DJ Set.

The other room has a double bed, a guardrobe and a dangler, a desk and a chair and 2 night tables.

In the kitchen there are cutlery, plates and glasses, a fridge, microwave and a table with a chair.

A washing machine is included in the bathroom.

There is a cellar and you can park your bikes inside of the building.

There are 3 bikes included on the price but one of them has to be repaired.

The flat has been repainted. For all the furniture i would like to have 2200€. Please don´t write if you want to pay less than that. I don´t want to spend your time and either mine.

Visits during the weekend or mondays, wednesdays or fridays from 19.00h.

Please when you come, bring the following papers with you:
- Copy the Schufa (jetzt beantragen) Paper.
- Copy of your ID.
- Copy of your last 3 months payrolls.
- Copy of your Mietschuldenfreiheitserklärung (paper from your old landlord telling you paid without problems).

The flat is not mine, and the Landlord wants to have these papers who decide who is going to take the flat, so please don´t forget them.
