in the time between 22nd of June and the 26th of July we are giving our beautiful apartment for rent.

it is a 3 rooms apartment, 96 meter square with a small balcony with a
green view, a big bed room, big study/children's room, a huge kitchen, huge living
room and a huge bathroom.
the apartment is fully furnished and is ideal for a couple, a family
with Kid(s) or shared flat with two mates would also be very
comfortable.

in Warthestr. Neuköln, a stone throw from Hasenheide park, the
airport-park of Tempelhof as well as the romantic Körnerpark. shopping
possibilities are unlimited. from a good cheap Turkish market to the
the German supermarkets and the more upgrade Keisers as well as many
late night shops.
the connection with public transportation is also ideal with the
S-Bahn Ring one could get anywhere from west to east in no time and on
the U8 the south and the north of Berlin are covered.

we would like to sublet it for 800€ for the the time between 22nd of June and 26th of July this includes
the incidental costs (Nebenkosten) and electricity, water and gas as
well as cable television, wireless and cable internet and a
telephoning flat rate to the entire Germany...

we now also have a very nice Cafe downstairs that we really recommend!

Es ist ein 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, 96 qm mit einem kleinen Balkon mit grünen
Aussicht, ein großes Schlafzimmer, großes Arbeitzimmer/Kinderzimmer, große Küche,
großes Wohnzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbiliert und ist ideal für ein Paar,
Familien mit Kind(er) oder zwei Personen.

in Warthestr. Neuköln, nur einen Steinwurf vom Hasenheide,
Flughafentempelhof und der romantisches Körnerpark.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unbegrenzt. von einem guten billigen
türkischen Markt, bis hin zu den billigen Supermärkten und Keisers
sowie viele Geschäften und spätKauf Kiosks.

die Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist auch Perfekt mit
der S-Bahn-Ring kann man überall von Westen nach Osten in kürzester
Zeit und auf der U8 sind Süden und Norden Berlin gedeckt.

Wir möchten es für 800 € untermieten
das beinhaltet die Nebenkosten Strom, Wasser und Gas, sowie
Kabelfernseher, W-Lan-und Kabel Internet und eine Telefon Flatrate für deutsch Festnetze...
